For now, enjoy this throwback and we’ll see you soon for another episode of Throwback Thursday."Tell Me Why" is a song produced by Swedish DJs Steve Angello and Axwell (both later members of the trio Swedish House Mafia) under the name Supermode (originally called Supermongo). No additional releases would ever come of Supermode as SHM formed in 2008, however we do wonder what may have came of the duo had they continued releasing tracks. The disco feeling song still reigns as a timeless classic with a thumping kick drum and magical synths that bring us into full party mode. In 2006, Axwell and Steve Angello formed the duo Supermode and rocked the scene with their debut track “Tell Me Why”, featuring vocals from Hal Ritson. However, this week for Throwback Thursday we’re hitting you with a time reverse (of about 15 years) to bring us back to a year before Swedish House Mafia was even conceived. Welcome to another week of Throwback Thursday! Sometimes it feels like time moves in slow motion with quarantine still in full effect until at least the summer. ![]()
